An irregular delivery of an abnormal sized pipework piece with our own escort service and the police’s  help to leave the local area. 

As seen on the video the purpose of our escort service is not to just keep all our loads with the requirements set by abnormal loads guidelines but also to ensure the driver and load are aware of the surroundings. This is aided by the fact that our escort vehicles are fitted with  communications devices to allow abnormal load drivers and escort drivers are able to stay in constant communication – it’s just up to them if they want to. 

These types of loads are also expected to be fully surrounded with special warning triangles that are in line with the furthest point sticking out the trailer. As seen on the image from inside the workshop.
